We offer payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. Most payments are taken at source through our online shop. We can also issue invoices with payment details that can be paid by BACs or with a payment link that we will send you. For items delivered or collected in person, we accept cash up to a value of £500.

We rarely accept payment terms. However, full details and terms may be sent on enquiry.

Payments (other than cash) are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption.

Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used or a reasonable alternative.

Delivery

Many include postage and packaging in the price. Where this is not included, details will be provided for UK shipping.

We ship internationally to some countries depending on terms , tariffs and legal requirements. If you seek international shipping, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a shipping quote.

We usually ship orders within 2 business days. Depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 5-7 working days in the UK. Where this is not possible we will advise. Please contact us if you require faster or alternative shipping for a quote as additional charges will be incurred.
