Returns policy

In the event that you are unhappy with your art for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, for options. In most cases, we will offer a refund if you return the item to us in perfect condition at your expense.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described you have 14 days from receipt to let us know. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of goods returned to us in the condition that you received them including return postage.

All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you which in the absence of evidence to the contrary shall be deemed to occur on the second business day after posting/shipping.
